Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from Dayton, Ohio. Most orders are shipped within 6 to 8 business days of being placed. The actual shipping time will vary. Please see www.ups.com for approximate ship times from Dayton, Ohio. We will notify you within 48 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock. We ship only to the United States.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped regular UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Expedited shipping is available.

Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard and Discover Money order/Cashiers check Business or personal checks are accepted however the order will not be processed until the check clears the bank

Return Policy
Returned garments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Decorated (embroidered or screen printed) garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by BlankGarments. Simply call or e-mail us.
Returns without a RA # will not be accepted.
Claims must be made within 10 days from receipt.
Returned garments must be sent freight pre-paid.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for credits to be processed. They will show up on your credit card statement.

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once a shipment is complete, the return policy is in effect.

Backorders
We will not backorder items.
If the garments are out of stock, we will remove the backordered garments form your order and notify you promptly.

Less Than Minimum Orders.
We typically require a minimum purchase of $99.00. However, in some cases we are willing to complete orders under $99.00 but we will add a "less than minimum" service charge of $25.00. Privacy Policy
We will not provide, rent, or make available our customers' information in any way, to any parties. No personally identifiable information is collected from visitors to our website. Customer order information, including credit card information, 'Bill To' and 'Ship To' addresses and phone numbers, are used to process orders only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. If you are uncomfortable providing your phone number, please do not enter it into the space given.
